Delivery Charges & Schedule

The following are the charges for deliveries. Customers can enjoy free deliveries for all their purchases which will be delivered up to 7 working days.

Handling

All frozen products will be packed in a thermal package to ensure quality during transit. Our thermal bags are able to withstand up to 4 hours.

Cancellations & Priority Delivery

All priority delivery will be based on availability of products and during non-peak periods (e.g. major public holidays etc.). Please check with our Mekanik crew to confirm availability.

For cancellations of orders, a 25% service fee and $20 admin fee will be levied on the total order amount except on instances where product is not available/out-of-stock/sourcing delay.

Non-Delivery

For failed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, re-delivery will be arranged at customer's expense. 

For failed delivery on the part of Meat Mekanik crew, re-delivery fees will be waived.
